Terms of Use
Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Cove. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
What Cove provides
Cove provides tools for applications, profiles, matching, introductions, communication, scheduling, documents, and journey coordination. Cove does not guarantee eligibility, a match, medical clearance, pregnancy, birth, timing, compensation, or any other outcome. Human reviewers and qualified medical, legal, mental-health, insurance, and financial professionals make decisions within their own areas of responsibility.
Your account and information
You are responsible for protecting your account, providing accurate and complete information, keeping it current, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, submit information without authorization, or use Cove to mislead, harass, exploit, or harm anyone.
Private content
Applications, screening answers, messages, and documents may contain sensitive information. You may use information made available through Cove only for the permitted family-building purpose. You may not scrape profiles, build outside databases, publish private content, or contact participants outside an authorized introduction workflow.
Subscriptions
When paid access is activated, the price, renewal period, included candidate categories, and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase. Unless the checkout states otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled. Ending a subscription stops future renewals but does not create a refund for a period already purchased, except where law requires one.
Availability and changes
Cove may change, suspend, or discontinue features; limit access to protect users or the service; and remove content that violates these Terms. We may update these Terms as Cove evolves. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Cove is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Information in Cove is educational and operational, not medical, legal, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Before making important decisions, consult the appropriate qualified professional. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
